This article assumes the below:
You're using an Azure Managed Disk as your FSLogix Container
You have provisioned the Azure Managed Disk onto your Azure VM
You have a AD, Entra ID, Azure AD Domain joined machine
It is already provisioned as an AVD / Session Host
1) Ensure you have provsioned your Azure Manged Disk:
You will create a folder called "userprofile" and ensure the permissions are set accordingly, they should be default:
2) If this is the case you will need to follow the guide below to install FSLogix and add the necessary registry keys

The guide above is for upgrading FSLogix but also Installing
3) Once Installed you will need to go to the below section in the registry and ensure the below registry keys are available, and if not then configue them as per below
4) You will also need to go to the below location in the registry and add the remaining registry keys that are missing:
Where "U:\userprofile" is your Azure Managed Disk.
