Here is a checklist of items to check when looking into a Crestron Mercury Issue


Please try the below testing to resolve the issue, prior to escalating the issue.


Power:

o Is the Screen Powered? – shown by a red LED at the bottom centre of the Screen

o Check for any plug sockets not turned on and any plugs that are not plugged

into the socket behind the screen


Wired Connection:

o Is the HDMI Cable fully Plugged In?

o Does the Laptop Recognise the HDMI Cable?


Wireless Connection:

o Does the Air Media display connected to the internet?

o Do you receive the ‘Code’ when the IP Address is correctly Entered?

o Try a different Internet Browser

o Try a different Laptop / PC


Control:

o Is the Crestron Mercury powered in the centre of the table?

o Is the Touch Screen operating as required?

o Does the Main display show connection access to the internet?


Volume:

o Has the Volume been turned up on the Crestron Mercury?

o Has the volume been turned up on your laptop?

o Is there any settings that require adjustment on the laptop?

o Is the volume turned up and not muted on the Laptop / PC?
